What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Please always contact us first at contact@hellomybeauty.se before sending a return.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions. After we have received and approved the returned items, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return processing time is usually 5 business days from receiving the return. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the current one and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and approved the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
