Delivery to Finland
Are the products shipped from Sweden?
Yes, all products are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden to Finland.
What delivery options do you offer to Finland?
We offer two delivery options to Finland: standard delivery and free delivery.
How much does standard delivery to Finland cost and how long does it take?
For orders under €89.00, standard delivery costs €13.00. Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days.
How much does free delivery to Finland cost and how long does it take?
Orders over €89.00 are delivered to Finland free of charge. Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days.
Shipping and Delivery
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email or text message. You can use this code to track your package online. All packages shipped to Finland are trackable.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed or there are issues?
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping company or other factors beyond our control. If you experience problems with delivery, please contact the shipping company directly.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. You therefore have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as received: unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first at contact@hellomybeauty.se before returning any item.
Starting a return
To start a return, contact contact@hellomybeauty.se and provide your order number and reason for return. Once we have received your request, we will send you a confirmation message and instructions. After we have received, inspected, and approved the returned item, we will issue a refund. Processing time is approximately 5 business days from receipt of the product. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns from Finland: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs from Finland. Send returns to: HelloMyBeauty AB, Vikdalsgränd 10 A, 131 51 Nacka, Sweden. Please include your order number and notify us in advance by email or via the contact form.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.
Can I return discounted items?
Unfortunately, discounted items are non-returnable.
Can I exchange a product?
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and approved the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take slightly longer to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed without a refund, please contact contact@hellomybeauty.se.

We will refund the price of the products if the order is not collected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
